Meet the Pecan ThanksEverything Pie, an incredible all-in-one feast and the next must-try holiday food. Created by pecan-loving sisters Emily and Melissa Elsen, founders and owners of the acclaimed Four & Twenty Blackbirds pie bakery in Brooklyn, N.Y., the pie features eight slices that each represent a different holiday dish starring pecans.

A recent survey revealed more than two out of three Americans identify pie as their favorite holiday treat. The Pecan ThanksEverything Pie takes this love of pie to the next level by bundling every holiday favorite into an eight-slice showstopper and highlighting the versatility of pecans beyond the beloved dessert.

Home cooks create any of the pie’s eight recipes, and if you’re lucky enough to be local, visit Four & Twenty Blackbirds in Gowanus on Friday, November 15 when a limited number will be available for $42 each — the perfect addition to your Friendsgiving! Fifty percent of proceeds will benefit local homeless shelter and soup kitchen Community Help in Park Slope (CHiPS).
