With January on the way out, we still have some winter left to deal with. We shouldn’t get too bogged down with the cold, which is why we want to share some wintry offerings at Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC this year. See below for details:

Cocktails to Help Keep You Warm

Get out of the house, but stay warm and coy, this winter at Plunge Rooftop Bar + Lounge, atop Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC, where they’re offering an Apple Cider Bar through the rest of the season from 12–10 p.m. daily.

For just $7, guests can kick it up a notch with a tailored warm apple cider, sourced locally from Red Jacket Orchards in Finger Lakes, NY. Additions to add in for personal taste include:

  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground turmeric
  • Nutmeg
  • Honey
  • Mint
  • Lemons
  • Limes

In the afternoon, take in Plunge’s view of the sunset over the Hudson River and make it a bit cozier with a spiked version for an extra $3 plus the cost of liquor.

Fun NYC Winter Activities

Revitalize your New Year’s resolution later this month (when motivation starts to dip) at “Barre to Bar,” a fun wellness event hosted by Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC.

Join Exhale Spa on for a full-body barre workout designed to sculpt abs and legs, improve posture and decrease stress.

Then head to Plunge Rooftop Bar + Lounge for a prime view of NYC, healthy snacks, and complimentary “Voler” cocktail courtesy of Zubrowka Bison Vodka. The drink is a refreshing mix of Zubrowka Vodka, which is distilled from rye and infused with a specific grass that has medicinal qualities, ginger liquor, cucumber, basil, lime and watermelon juice.
