It’s all in the name at Vago. Owners Victoria Guan and Tony Rustja were inspired by the word meaning ‘beauty’ in old Latin and truly believe ‘Vago’ is their mission.

That beauty is showcased in the restaurant’s food, which is made with love and served artistically. The dishes are inspired by the Mediterranean. The European inspired menu is divided into classic meat, seafood, and pasta entrees. Guests at the anniversary party got a sampling of some of their customers favorite dishes.

Tasty Oysters Rockefeller, Meatballs, Crab Cake and Prosciutto wrapped Shrimp circulated the room. A giant cheese wheel served as the base for a deliciously creamy truffle risotto and the evening capped off with a sampling of Vago’s Tiramisu Martinis.
