With the Kensington Palace’s recent announcement of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s “tradition-breaking” lemon elderflower flavored wedding cake, why not toast to the lovebirds with a few elderflower cocktails?

Cocktails mixed with St-Germain elderflower liqueur — which is made up of 1000 delicate elderflower blossoms in every bottle — are light and refreshing, while also adding a touch a sophistication to spring tippling that will have you feeling like royalty.

Below, please find a variety of royally-inspired elderflower cocktail recipes that you can recreate at home.

St-Germain Elderflower Spritz

2 parts Brut Champagne

1½ parts St-Germain French elderflower liqueur

2 parts sparkling Water

Method: Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add Champagne first, then St-Germain, then Club Soda (the order is essential). Stir completely and garnish with a lemon twist.

The Royal Wedding

1 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila

1 oz Kaffir lime infused St-Germain French elderflower liqueur

3/4 oz Noilly Dry

1/4 oz of fresh lime juice

5 dashes chartreuse

Shaken — coupette — garnish with kaffir lime leaf

Spring is in the Air

1 oz Bombay Sapphire gin

3/4 oz St-Germain French elderflower liqueur

3/4 oz Martini Ambratto

2 dashes orange blossom salive solution

Rock glass — basil flower (or just basil)

2 1/2 oz Beeswax Dewars 12

3/4 oz St-Germain French elderflower liqueur

2 dashes angostura bitters

Rock glass — garnish discard orange twist — nasturtium flowers
