This year, Chef Jonathan and his team at The Landing are here to save your holiday and do the heavy lifting with their order-ahead catering kits in case you’ve been struggling to find a big enough bird to feed the whole family.
Starting on November 14th, pre-orders for The Landing’s Thanksgiving catering kits will commence. Option #1 is available for $250.00, feeds 4 people and includes the following:
- Butternut squash soup with parker house rolls (1 Qt + 4 rolls)
- Turkey Breast (brined and roasted) 3LBS
- Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon (2 LBS)
- Classic mashed potatoes (2 LBS)
- Herb Roasted Potatoes (1 LB)
- Focaccia stuffing with sage, sausage, and chestnuts (1 LB)
- Turkey Gravy (1 pt)
- House-made cranberry sauce with orange and cinnamon (1 pt)
- Apple pie or pecan pie to be chosen at departure
If you’re expecting a bigger crowd this year (or maybe you just want some extra leftovers!), The Landing’s catering kit Option #2 is available for $325.00 and feeds up to 6 people, and includes larger portions of all items included in Option #1 in addition to a whole roasted turkey.

Doors will open earlier than usual for a special Thanksgiving celebration featuring a selection of dishes from the Fall Menu with holiday specials to enjoy the bounty of the season including the Tacchino Arrosto, a Thanksgiving plate of Roasted turkey, green beans, snow peas, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and gravy, the Cappellacci Ricotta, Spinaci e Tartufo with a butter and black truffle sauce, and a special Pumpkin Salted Caramel Cake by Ovenly Bakery.
Restaurant entrepreneurs Derek Axelrod and Tony Fortuna recently brought back their famed Upper East Side staple, T BAR, to 116 East 60th Street NY, NY 10022 (between Lexington & Park Avenues) and they will be open this Thanksgiving. The revamped T BAR gives the ultra-chic luxury vibe for friends and family.
T BAR NYC will be offering some Thanksgiving specials in addition to their standard menu. Specials include; Butternut Squash Soup, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Amish Roasted Turkey, Haricot Verts, Vegetable Stung, Sweet Potato, Cranberry, Pumpkin Pie, and more.
Industry Kitchen, the waterfront restaurant in NYC’s historic Seaport District serving seasonal American cuisine, will be offering a special menu beginning at 4:30pm on Thanksgiving Day. The menu includes their well-known Thanksgiving Pizza which combines the classic spread of turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing to create a dish that balances the sweet and salty flavors of Thanksgiving beloved by Americans. Spend Thanksgiving at Margie’s Restaurant, located on the ground floor of The Rockaway Hotel. Filled with artwork representing the local community, the cozy high-end eatery complete with 88-seats is offering a pre-fixe menu of innovative Thanksgiving plates.

The feast of dishes include Chicory Salad, Roasted Heirloom Delicata, Agave Glazed Ham and an Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, finished with a selection of pies and Dante’s Signature Tiramisu EggNog. The award-winning aperitivo bar is the perfect place to celebrate a cozy and special Thanksgiving with family and friends.
The premier Argentine restaurant on NYC’s Lower east Side, BALVANERA, is offering a special menu for the day before Thanksgiving, 11/23, from 5–11pm and on Thanksgiving day, 11/24, from 4pm–10pm. The a la carte menu includes a selection of two festive cocktails, the Mulled Malbec and Cranberry Vermouth, as well as a Tuscan Kale Salad, Rillette de Pato, Sweet Potato Agnolotti and Turkey served with stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy and potatoes.
Chef Ed Cotton’s Thanksgiving dinner at Jack & Charlie’s no.118 includes an amuse bouche, plus a 3-course prix-fixe with choices for appetizer, entree, and dessert. Join the Serafina Family for a day of gratitude and appreciation! Acting as your ‘Home away from Home’, Serafina is offering a Thanksgiving-specific menu on Thanksgiving Day at their namesake, finer dining locations.

In a cocktail shaker, add all of the ingredients for the pumpkin pie martini, except the spice blend and orange twist, and shake. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass. Dust with the pumpkin pie spice blend and garnish with an orange twist, then serve.
*Honey pumpkin spice syrup:
1 cup Water
1 cup Honey
2 tsps Pumpkin pie spice blend
In a small pot, whisk together all of the pumpkin spice ingredients. Over high heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Once at a boil, turn off the heat and allow the syrup to completely cool.
TEQUILA DON JULIO SPICED ICED TODDY
1.5oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5oz Blood Orange Juice
0.5oz Toddy Spiced Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel and cloves.

1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda
Add a large, clear ice cube to a rocks glass. Add The Singleton, bitters, maple syrup and club soda to the glass. Stir 10–15 times to chill and top with an orange twist.
BAILEYS S’MORES SHOT
1oz Baileys S’mores
Add Baileys S’mores into a shot glass. Add one large marshmallow (or several small ones) for a delicious treat.

¾ oz blood orange juice

¼ oz demerara syrup (2:1)
1 dash orange bitters
Build in glass, swizzle with crushed ice, add crushed ice to top.

0.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, close and shake for 15 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
*Pumpkin Spice Cordial Recipe: Chop and juice pumpkin pieces in a centrifugal juicer (like an apple). If you do not have a centrifugal juicer, ensure you use a high-powered blender to blend steamed/boiled pumpkin to a velvety-smooth texture. Per 250mL of pumpkin juice, add: 100g sugar, 1 teaspoon mixed spice (cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, allspice dram), 0.5 teaspoon citric acid. Stir to dissolve and strain through a cloth.

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

.25 oz orange juice OR squeeze of an orange slice.
.5 oz honey syrup
For the Pumpkin Spice rim
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Combine, shake and strain over a pre-rimmed lowball glass with ice.

0.5 oz Italian amaro
0.5 oz demerara
1 dash apple bitters
1 dash angostura bitters
Stir in beaker, pour over fresh rock, express and garnish with orange peel

ColleMassari Rosso Riserva 2017
ColleMassari is the most important and largest estate of the Montecucco appellation in central Tuscany, with vineyards located on the Montecucco hill that gives the appellation its name. The wine features an intense and persistent nose with prevalent notes of blackberry and blueberry dense jam aromas and notes of Mediterranean spices. The palate is soft and harmonious with an ample finish that is supported by pleasant acidity.

Founded in 1849 and located in the heart of the Barossa region, Yalumba has been a family-run winery for over a century. This wine is dark, purple red in color. This 2019 Grand Detour Pinot Noir was sourced from Landmark’s historic Hop Kiln Estate located on Westside Road. The iconic stone Hop Kiln, built in 1905 and registered as a California Historical Landmark, is in the heart of the famed Russian River Valley affectionately known as “The Middle Reach”. Working closely with Estate Vineyard Manager David Smith, we were able to harvest the fruit at optimum timing while employing our best practices in the vineyard.
Crafting this wine from Estate fruit gives winemaker Greg Stach opportunities to select his favorite blocks with unique grape and rootstock combinations. Delivering the night harvested hand-picked and field sorted grapes to the winery in the early morning hours retains the integrity and desired characteristics of the fruit.
