With a silky texture, and balanced acidity, enjoy this wine with tomato-based pasta dishes, thin-crust pizza, grilled lamb or turkey.

Cavit Merlot

With its ruby red color and round notes of plum, red cherry and a hint of chocolate, it’s a varietal that thrives in Trentino’s environment. A perfect companion to grilled meats and most full-flavored dishes. Serve at room temperature.

Apothic Cab

Apothic Cab offers the big presence of a classic Cab with a silky touch. Signature layers of blackberry compote and black currant wrap around hints of mocha and vanilla.

Apothic Pinot Noir

The wine has a complex nose of blackberry, fresh boysenberry, and violet with attractive hints of gravel. Casillero del Diablo Carmenère

For those unfamiliar with the dry red, imagine a cross between Merlot and Cab Franc: a melding of soft, plummy notes with herbaceous character. Classic Thanksgiving dishes you can pair effortlessly with Casillero del Diablo Carmenère include dark leafy greens, green bean casserole, and roasted brussels sprouts. Carmenère’s smooth tannins, toasty oak, and chocolate flavors match the intensity of game meat and lamb while pescatarians looking for Thanksgiving meat alternatives can sip Carmenère with seared tuna steaks.

Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon

If you choose to forgo the Thanksgiving turkey, Casillero’s del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect paring with a variety of entrees including (but not limited to!) honey-glazed hams, rosemary-studded legs of lamb, well-seasoned pot roasts and seared strip steaks. The extended barrel aging layers coffee and toast over cherry, plum, and vanilla notes, lending Casillero del Diablo’s Cabernet Sauvignon a surprising affinity for aged cheeses like Gruyere and blue.
