Spotted: Ansel Elgort, Jay Ellis, Nina Senicar, Toni Garn at the Men’s Final of the US Open
Novak Djokovic’s win over Juan del Potro wasn’t the only plot twist of the US Open Men’s Final. Actor Jay Ellis revealed to the crowd at the Grey Goose Suite that he is back on Season 3 of Insecure, with the first episode featuring his character Lawrence running that night.
When the news dropped back in July that the fan-favorite would be nixed from this season, the backlash was swift. Fans took to Twitter with the hashtag #bringbacklawrence and the #LawrenceHive launched a viral petition, which evidently worked. The avid tennis fan toasted his return to the show by taking his girlfriend and Serbian model Nina Senicar to the final match of the US Open.
The couple celebrated Jay’s news with the Grey Goose Honey Deuce — the official cocktail of the US Open — and cheered on Nina’s fellow countrymanNovak. Jay and Nina’s sweet date night dispelled rumors that have long circulated across the pond about a romance between the two famed Serbians, Nina and Novak.
Jay and Nina weren’t the only lovebirds at the Grey Goose Suite — Victoria’s Secret Angel Toni Garn showed up with her new boyfriend Enrique Murciano. The duo were more fixated on each other than on the world class tennis, exchanging kisses and cute glances throughout the evening. Notably absent from the Grey Goose suite this year was Toni’s ex, Leonardo DiCaprio.
Ansel Elgort was also a guest of the Grey Goose Suite and brought along world-famous fencer Miles Chamley-Watson as a guest. The Baby Driver star showed up to the match more frosted than Liberace, sporting three diamond rings and four diamond bracelets.
Throughout the evening, the A-list crowd enjoyed the Grey Goose Honey Deuce, comprised of lemonade, Grey Goose vodka, and raspberry liqueur.
