COCKTAIL RECIPES
St-Germain Spritz
2 parts Martini & Rossi
1 ½ parts St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 parts Sparkling Water
METHOD
Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add Martini & Rossi first, then St-Germain, then Club Soda. Stir completely and then garnish with a lemon twist.
Carrot Cooler
1.25oz Santa Teresa 1796
1oz Fresh Carrot Juice
.75oz Fresh Carrot Spiced syrup
.50oz Triple Sec
.50oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 egg white
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice, shake until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a star anise and carrot powder.
Spring Bubbles
1.5 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
0.5 part St-Germain Liqueur
0.75 part Strawberry Puree
0.5 part Fresh Lemon Juice
2.0 parts Prosecco
Mint Sprig
Sliced Strawberry
METHOD
Build in a wine glass, add ice and top with prosecco. Garnish with mint sprig and diced strawberry.
Spring Forward
45 ml GREY GOOSE® Vodka
30 ml Pineapple Juice
15 ml Aperol
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
7.5 ml Passion Fruit Syrup.
METHOD
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with pineapple and a lime wedge.
Leafy Greens
35 ml Grey Goose vodka
15 ml St-Germain Liqueur
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
20 ml Celery Juice
Dash of Chartreuse
Soda Water
METHOD
Combine spirits and juices in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with celery stick.
Cristalita
1.5 oz Cazadores Añejo Cristalino
3/4 oz Patrón Citrónge Orange
2 Lime Wedges, 2 Lemon Wedges
1 Orange Wedge
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker, muddle citrus and combine all other ingredients with ice, shake and serve up in a coupe glass. Garnish with lime, orange and salt.
Aperol Spritz — “The Perfect Serve”
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
Chilled Prosecco
Aperol
Soda, served from syphon or chilled bottle
Slice of orange
Instructions: In a glass full of ice, combine Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice.’
Sunset Cocktail
RECIPE:
1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
2 Fresno Pepper Slices
5 Cilantro Leaves
½ Rim of Tajin
Fresno Chili garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, muddle and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Rim a rocks glass with half tajin and place a large format ice cube inside. Fine strain cocktail over large ice cube and garnish with a Fresno chili.
Fragole on Ice
INGREDIENTS:
1 strawberry, muddled
1.5 oz. vodka
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz basil simple syrup
4 oz. Mezza di Mezzacorona Rosé
METHOD: In the shaker muddle the strawberry first, then combine vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass with ice. Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Rosé. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
La Frambuesa
1oz Vodka
1.5oz Bonal
.5oz Lime
.25oz Simple
.75oz Raspberry (perfect puree)
2 dashes of angostura
Directions: Shake and strain into rocks glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint and raspberry.
Glass: Glenn Cairn
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Mint sprig and raspberry
St. Germain Prosecco
INGREDIENTS
½ part Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore
1/2 part St. Germain
2–3 drops Angostura Bitters per glass
Lemon slices as garnish
DIRECTIONS
Pour St. Germain into wine glasses, add drops of Angostura bitters.
Top with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore
Garnish with a lemon slice.
Barbad’ Old Fashioned
1.5 oz Mount Gay XO
1 bar spoon liquid honey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1.5 oz hot water
Orange Zest
Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass. Add hot water and stir in honey till dissolved. Express the orange zest and serve.
Tangerine & Olive
1oz Absolut Elyx
.75oz Aperol
.15oz Campari
1oz Tangerine juice
.75oz Lillet Rouge
3oz Champagne
Glass: Balloon
Garnish: Dehydrated orange and olive
Method: Build over ice and top with champagne, garnish
Chivas Regal Rebel
2 Chivas Regal 13 Year Old
.75 Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
.50 Blood Orange Juice
2 Dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Build in glass over large rock. Stir.
Garnish with large orange peel, studded with 6 to 8 cloves.
The Malt Jockey
1 ½ parts Monkey Shoulder
¾ parts Sweet Vermouth
¼ part Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Garnish with Orange Twist
Method: Combine ingredients, stir, and strain into a coupe glass-up, fashioned glass and garnish with an orange twist.
Flor de Caña Pineapple Daiquiri
2 parts Flor de Caña 7
2 parts pineapple juice
1/3 part fresh lime juice
2/3 part extra-fine sugar
Method: Combine the pineapple juice, rum, lime juice, sugar, and ½ cup ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to chill. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
Champagne Sparkler
1 oz- D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1- Sugar Cube
3 Dashes- Angostura Bitters
Martini & Rossi Asti
Glassware: Flute
Garnish: Orange Twist
Add D’USSÉ, sugar cube and bitters into a flute. Top off with chilled Martini & Rossi. Garnish with an Orange twist.
Partida Raspberry Collins
1.75 oz Partida Blanco Tequila
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Partida Organic Agave Nectar (Cut 50/50 with water)
8 to 10 Raspberries
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
Garnish: Lemon twist and 3 Raspberries on a pick.
