Though it showed up fashionably late, the warm weather has arrived just in time for rosé season and, more importantly, National Rosé Day (June 9). Whether frozen, chilled, or anything in between, we’ve rounded up some of the best new rosé toasts for you to enjoy in NYC!

Refinery Rooftop (63 W 38th St)

The Manhattan rooftop with an Empire State Building view is paying homage to the popular wine with their new Rosé All Day menu. Offering the Rooftop Spritz ($16, Wölffer Rosé Cider, gin, thyme, grapefruit and lemon), Sangria (rosé, vodka and sweet hints of peach, orange blossom and apple) available by the glass ($16) or in a pitcher ($75), and a signature Frosé ($17).

The fan favorite slushy, blended with rosé and zesty citrus, is part of the rooftop’s I Give A Sip campaign, which donates all proceeds from this month to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Trademark Taste + Grind (38 W 36th St)

For a cool escape, Trademark Taste + Grind added a Rosé Sangria to their Summer menu. Combining its house blend rosé with grapefruit, lemon and citron, the cocktail is served with fresh strawberries and lemon wheels in a stemmed glass.

Regularly available for $12, the Sangria is just $10 from 5–7pm every Wednesday-Friday at the newly debuted Trademark Aperitif Cafe in the front coffee shop.

Boulton & Watt (5 Avenue A)

Popular East Village locale, Boulton & Watt is combining two crowd-pleasers, drinks and gelato, to create Rosé Buds. The rosé gelato is the star of this petite dessert topped with dark chocolate, orange zest and homemade pistachio brittle. For just $10, you can enjoy a quartet of cones, perfect for sharing with your Summer crew or simply indulging by yourself.
