Awards Season is in full swing, with the 91st Annual Oscars taking place on February 9th. Roll out the red carpet during this year’s watch party with an array of celebratory cocktails from William Grant & Sons. Toast to the winners with refreshing recipes featured below.

Belvedere Polish 75

Ingredients:

1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka

.75oz. Simple Syrup

.75oz. Lemon Juice

Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut

Directions: Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

Belvedere Champagne Punch

Ingredients:

1 oz Belvedere Vodka

.75 oz Pineapple Juice

.75 oz Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut

.5 oz Averna

.25 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup (1:1 vanilla extract to simple syrup)

Directions:

Add all ingredients, except Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut, to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass mug, add ice and top with Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut. Garnish with a dusting of fresh nutmeg.

Belvedere’s Famed Classic Martini

Ingredients:

2oz. Belvedere Vodka

.25oz. French Fortified Wine

Pink Grapefruit Twist

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist

Ingredients

.75 oz Cointreau

1.5 oz blended scotch

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

3 coins muddled ginger

.5 oz 1:1 honey syrup

How to Create:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Float ”green-smoke” (0.25 oz peated scotch with green food dye) atop the cocktail by pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon.

Aperol Spritz — “The Perfect Serve” Recipe

Ingredients:

Ice cubes

Chilled Prosecco

Aperol

Soda, served from syphon or chilled bottle

Slice of orange

Instructions: In a glass full of ice, combine Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice.

Grand 75

1.5 oz of Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge

.75 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice

1 bar spoon of Simple Syrup

2 oz of Dry French Champagne

Garnish: Orange Twirl

Combine Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled flute orcoupe glass. Top with dry French champagne.

The Glenfiddich Old Hollywood

2 parts Glenfiddich 14 Year Old

¼ part demerara syrup (1:1)

2 dashes peach bitters

1 grapefruit twist, to garnish

Method: In a double rocks glass, add the Demerara syrup and bitters. Add the Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve, then ice (preferably one large cube) and stir. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

1 part Glenfiddich 12 Year Old

1 part club soda

1 part non-alcoholic apple cider

½ part fresh lemon juice

¼ part Drambuie

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method: Combine the Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, lemon juice, Drambuie, and bitters. Shake briefly and pour into a flute. Add club soda and cider. Garnish with lemon peel.

1 ½ oz Fistful of Bourbon

2 oz pear puree

¾ oz Ginger syrup

½ oz Lemon

2 oz Sparkling wine

Method: Combine ingredients except sparkling wine and shake well Strain into a rocks glass over ice Top with sparkling wine Garnish with a star anise.

2 oz (parts) Fistful of Bourbon

½ oz (parts) grapefruit oleo

½ oz (parts) fresh lemon juice

10 loose mint leaves

Method: Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and grapefruit twist.
