The SheFactor book includes a foreword from TV personality, podcast host and entrepreneur, Kaitlyn Bristowe, who is featured in the premiere episode of the SheFactor podcast, where she’ll discuss how she was able to overcome challenges while being in the reality spotlight and remaining true to herself.

“Through our unique system of resources from the book, to the app, online platform and community meet-ups, SheFactor offers the tools for women to conquer life beyond college,” Heidi Ganahl explained. “The podcast will be a place for young women to unwind, laugh, and learn through real life discussions and experiences from empowering experts, TV personalities, entrepreneurs, and more.”
