Cincoro’s Spiced Old Fashioned with Reposado
2 oz Cincoro Reposado
½ oz spiced syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Build all ingredients into a mixing glass.
Then add ice, stir briskly and strain into iced filled rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
Spiced Syrup recipe
In small saucepan, add the following ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
4 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean pod
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a covered saucepan, let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes and allow syrup to cool for 1 hour.
Cincoro Midnight Manhattan
2 oz Cincoro Reposado
½ oz sweet vermouth
½ oz premium coffee liqueur
Dehydrated lemon wheel
Build all ingredients into mixing glass
Stir briskly then strain into a chilled coupe glass
1 ½ oz Beefeater Gin Pink
1 oz Cranberry Sauce
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Orange Juice
Build in tin. Ice. Shake. Strain. Garnish with Rosemary.
Siberian Select Boulevardier
1.5 oz Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Old
1 oz Campari
1 oz Cinzano 1757 Sweet Vermouth
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and burn. In a mixing glass, pour Russell’s Reserve, Campari and Cinzano 1757. Stir until chilled and strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express the orange peel over the cocktail and discard. Garnish with a mini toast topped with caviar.
2 oz Apothic White
3/4 Ginger Syrup
1/2 Apricot Liqueur
3/4 Lemon Juice
Pinch of Healthy on You’s Here Comes The Yum Spice
1/2 oz Mezcal Float
Place all the ingredients, except the mezcal, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a rocks glass. Using a spoon float the mezcal on top of the cocktail or pour it on a tiny vessel, garnish with fresh mint.
Holiday Alpine SpritzZ
1 tsp juniper berries
1 sprig rosemary OR clean, organic pine
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz dry vermouth
Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut, to top (about 3 ounces per cocktail)
Muddle the juniper berries, rosemary OR pine sprig, and Green Chartreuse in the bottom of a chilled rocks glass.
Add dry vermouth and ice, then stir until chilled.
Top carefully with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona Brut. Garnish with additional rosemary or pine.
The Botanist Olive Oil Martini
2.5 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.5 oz olive oil
Add all ingredients to a mason jar or similar container. Shake and place in the freezer overnight. Fine strain into a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a zest of lemon and if desired, a few drops of olive oil on the surface of the cocktail
The Merry Mule
0.75 oz Cointreau
2 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Ginger Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Soda Water To Finish
Add all ingredients to a shaker except soda water. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into collins glass over ice. Finish with soda and garnish with lime wheels.
2 oz Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven
1⁄2 oz rosolio
1⁄2 oz dry vermouth
2 dashes of celery or cucumber bitters
Cucumber rose ice cube garnish (or cucumber slice)
Combine all the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass over a 2” cucumber rose ice cube (or in a coupe glass with a floating cucumber slice garnish).
2 oz Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado
⅔ oz vanilla-flavored liqueur
1⁄2 oz sweet vermouth
2–3 dashes of apple blossom bitters
1 orange peel garnish
Combine all the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass and stir gently.
Serve on the rocks in a copper-dipped glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
SPICED UP CIDER
1.5 oz BACARDÍ Spiced Rum
0.5 oz Lime Juice (fresh pressed)
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
3 oz Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Cider
Fill a highball glass with ice. Combine and shake BACARDÍ Spiced Rum, Lime Juice and Cinnamon Syrup, and strain into the highball glass with ice. Top with Sparkling Apple Cider and garnish with a lime wedge.
Apple Pie Sangria
16oz Redemption Rye
24oz Apple Cider
2 Bottles Barone Fini Pinot Grigio
¼ Local Honey
¼ Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
16 Dashes Baked Apple Bitters
Combine all ingredients, except Pinot Grigio, into large container and stir until dissolved.
Let chill for 1 hour, then add 2 bottles of Barone Fini Pinot Grigio to container.
To serve, add sliced pears and apples with ice to wine glass.
Pour in 3oz of Sangria.
Garnish with Fanned Apple Slice and dusting of nutmeg.
Each batch serves 16.
THE JINGLE BELL FIZZ
1 oz ABERFELDY 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
Sparkling Wine (to top)
Add ABERFELDY 12, apple juice, lemon juice and syrup to a glass and stir. Pour into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dehydrated apple slice.
THE JOLLY SCOTSMAN
2 oz ABERFELDY 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
½ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Cointreau
½ oz Cranberry Simple Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for ~30 seconds and strain into a coupe martini/champagne glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange slice with cloves.
NEFT Violet Night
1.5 oz NEFT ultra premium vodka
.75 oz creme de violet
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz rosemary simple
2 drops violet flower essence
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a singed rosemary sprig.
Barefoot Bubbly Winter Wonder
4 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee
3/4 ounce Blue Curacao
1/4 ounce Grenadine
Maraschino Cherry garnish — optional
Combine blue curacao and grenadine in cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to blend and chill. Strain into champagne flute.
Top with Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee.
Garnish with a sunken maraschino cherry if that suits your fancy.
Jameson Hot Toddy
1.5 Parts Jameson
.75 Parts Spiced Tea Syrup
3 Parts Hot Water
The Proper Toddy
2oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.25 oz lemon juice
1 dash spiced lemon bitters
2 heaping bar spoons of Firebee Vanilla honey
1 star anise
1 piece cracked cinnamon stick.
Place tea bag in a mug, pour hot water. Add Proper No. Twelve, lemon juice, spiced lemon bitters, star anise and Firebee Vanilla honey. Stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
SKYY Holiday Mimosa
0.75 Parts Simple Syrup
0.75 Parts Grapefruit juice
1.5 Parts SKYY Infusions Pineapple
Top with Sparkling Wine
Add all ingredients to the shaker except sparkling wine. Shake and strain into glass, top with sparkling to desired wash line.
Garnish with grapefruit twist or wheel.
Absolut Jingle Buck
1 Part Absolut Vodka
¾ Parts Cranberry Juice
¾ Parts Lime Juice
2 Parts Ginger Ale
Add all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Stir briefly. Garnish with two fresh cranberries and one rosemary sprig
Captain Morgan Cranberry Mule
1.5 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
6 oz. Ginger Ale
Rosemary Sprig and Fresh Cranberries
Combine Rum, lime juice, and cranberry juice in an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
Skyside 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of plum and blueberry fruit followed by violets, tobacco, clove spices, and mocha. The wine fills the palate, enhancing with flavors of chocolate and darker fruits. The bold tannins gracefully meet the vibrant acidity and extend into a lingering finish.

Chêne Bleu Héloïse 2012
Chêne Bleu, a new winery situated on an ancient site in the up-and-coming Mont Ventoux wine region of Southern France, has produced award-winning wines and achieved acclaim in a very short time frame. Héloïse, one of Chêne Bleu’s flagship red wines, is an elegant and refined Syrah-based blend (65%) with one third Grenache and a touch of white — Viognier or Roussanne depending upon the vintage — in the spirit of the cooler Northern Rhone, like a Côte Rôtie, but with her own identity.
