Ingredients

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin

0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Celery Bitters

1 Lime Wedge

Pinch of Fresh Dill

Method

Add a pinch of dill into a chilled coupe or Martini glass. Squeeze the juice from a lime wedge over the dill. In an ice-filled shaker add NOLET’S Silver, lime juice and simple syrup, and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glass, add 2 dashes of bitters and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.

BLUE BULLDOG

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Blue Raspberry

3/4 part Blue Curaçao

3/4 part Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash Simple Syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add ½ cup ice and blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour contents into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime disc and optional salted rim.

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Murray’s Chestnut Honey

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake until chilled, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Tan Fresco

Ingredients

1.5 oz Patrón Silver

1 oz Cucumber Juice

.75 oz Fresh lime juice

.75 oz Pineapple gum syrup

.25 oz Fino Sherry

2 dashes Ancho Verde

Method

Shake all ingredients except for soda and fine strain into a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced pepper.

Boulevardier

Ingredients

0.75 parts Campari

0.75 parts 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso

1.5 parts Russell’s Reserve 10-Year-Old Bourbon

Method

Combine Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Old Bourbon, 1757 Vermouth di Torino and Campari in a glass, stir until combined. Pour over large ice cube, garnish with orange slide and enjoy!

Old Fashion

Ingredients

2 parts Wild Turkey Bourbon

¼ oz. simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Stir together ingredients. Pour over ice into rocks glass and garnish with orange peel. Recommended with Wild Turkey Bourbon, Wild Turkey 101, Russell’s Reserve 10 Year, Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel or Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel Rye. For a spicier kick, use Wild Turkey Rye, Wild Turkey 101 Rye or Russell’s Reserve 6 Year Rye.

Belvedere Pear & Ginger Spritz

Ingredients

1 oz Belvedere Pear & Ginger

1 TSP Honey Water

1 oz Soda Water

1 oz Ginger Ale

1 dash Orange Bitters

Cucumber Ribbon

Sprig of Rosemary

Method

Place all ingredients in Spritz glass over cubed ice and stir gently to combine. Garnish.

Moët Courtside Crush

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

20 ml Sugar Syrup

75 ml Moët & Chandon Moët Impérial

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a glass half-full of ice and stir quickly. Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon zest and serve with a smile.

GOLDEN DRAM

Ingredients

2 oz ABERFELDY 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

2 barspoons of Local Honey Syrup (honey syrup = 1 part honey, 1 part water)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

2 dashes orange bitters

Method

Add the local honey syrup, bitters and ABERFELDY 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky to a mixing glass, then add ice and stir to dilute (~30 seconds). Pour into a rocks glass and add block ice, then garnish with an orange twist expressing the oils over the drink.

Service Bar Old Fashioned

Ingredients

2.5 ounces whiskey — Middle West Bourbon, Pumpernickel Rye, or Wheat Whiskey

0.25–0.5 ounces MWS barrel-aged maple syrup (or quality maple syrup)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

2 dashes orange bitters

Method

In a mixing glass, combine whiskey, barrel-aged maple syrup, and bitters. Add ice and stir cocktail for 15 seconds. Double strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

Bently Heritage Field Day Martini

Ingredients

2.5 oz Source One Vodka

0.5 oz dry Vermouth

2 Green Apple Slices

Method

Muddle green apple in a mixing glass; add vodka and vermouth. Stir over ice until full dilution is achieved. Garnish with a blue cheese stuffed olive and fresh apple slices.

Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients

2 oz. Dos Maderas PX Rum

.25 oz. Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)

2 dashes of Aromatic bitters (like Angostura)

2 dashes of Orange bitters (like Bitter Truth)

Method

Prepare your Rich Simple Syrup by dissolving 2 parts cane sugar into 1 part boiling water. Let cool. Chill a Rocks glass. Add all ingredients to your Mixing Glass. Fill with cracked ice. Stir with a long bar spoon for 10 seconds. Strain into your chilled glass over 1 large piece of ice. Garnish with an orange peel, oils expressed over your drink at a 45 degree angle.
