For one night only, some of New York’s best nibbles and tipples will be at Refinery Rooftop for the season’s most delicious fundraiser at Bubble’s 2nd Annual Taste of Spring.

The exclusive event will pair an idyllic view of the Empire State Building with some of the Big Apple’s most innovative and talented chefs, including Melia Marden (The Smile), Sean Rembold (ex-Marlow & Sons, Diner, and Reynardto), and craft cocktails from Woodford Reserve and Employees Only — all to raise funds to support Bubble’s goal of fostering healthy lifestyles for children through nutrition and wellness education for the whole school community.

For just $175, guests will have access to unlimited bites created by each chef, bottomless cocktails and beer, and endless tunes from the inspirational DJ, actor, and activist, Belinda Becker.

It’s a not-to-be-missed soiree to toast the new season, the NYC culinary scene, and, of course, Bubble. The event is on Tuesday, May 8 from 7:00 to 9:30 PM at Refinery Rooftop (63 West 38th St). Tickets and additional information are available at bubbletasteofspring.com.
