The rumors are true… Sweat Sessions is back and sweatier than ever! The first set of free classes is Tuesday May 22 where the below trainers will be leading their signature workouts at Hudson River Park’s 14th St Park. Spots fill fast and classes sell out!

Class Schedule for Tuesday, May 22, 2018

6PM: Sweat with Bec

7PM: House of Troy

8PM: Box + Flow

Each al fresco fitness class is 45-minutes at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm and will feature a range of modalities and master trainers each week.

The Meatpacking Business Improvement District is proud to host the annual series again in partnership with The Wellth Collective to offer participants a robust wellness program throughout the summer.

Classes are free to the public.

Participant sign up and upcoming schedules can be accessed one week prior to classes by Mats will be provided.
