Four Seasons Launches First Pop Down In Toronto
Earlier this month, Four Seasons launched the Four Seasons Pop Down. It’s a program that brings the best of Four Seasons to life — key Four Seasons people from around the world, including top chefs, mixologists, artistic directors and the like — together for one-night-only events. These are held off property in unexpected locations. With all eyes on Toronto during the city’s annual film festival, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts staged a surprise four-day experience highlighted by a one-night only celebration of artistry and imagination in the heart of the city.
At launch, Four Seasons took over an industrial space in downtown Toronto. The florist Jeff Leatham (the artistic director of the George V and the Beverly Wilshire) created a pretty stunning floral experience outside of the event space.
Inside, six different Four Seasons stars (such as Vito Mollica, a Michelin-starred chef from Florence and Milan, and Mica Rousseau, Mexico’s Best Bartender, 2016, of Four Seasons Mexico City) created food, pastries, cocktails and the like for guests. It was a way to experience the best of Four Seasons in a single night, off property. Four Seasons founder Isadore Sharp was on hand, along with a mix of film industry folk and influencers.
Four Seasons Pop Downs are designed to be unexpected, so they’re not disclosing the next destination at present. This is a campaign that will continue, however.
