Fill Up Your Basket for International Picnic Day
A picnic is the quintessential Summer experience, so to celebrate International Picnic Day on Monday, June 18 Trademark Taste + Grind (38 W 36th St) is encouraging New Yorkers to dine outdoors with their grab-n-go lunch packages. Whether you’re gathering with friends or fleeing from coworkers, all you have to do is pick-up your spread and head to your favorite outdoor city escape.
To kick-off the holiday, Trademark is debuting a Picnic Package for four, which includes a choice of two sandwiches, four sweet-treats and four drinks for just $75. Guests that are still feeling hungry can enjoy a number of add-ons, including a choice of nine farm-fresh salads like Roasted Heirloom Carrots with tahini, golden raisins and almonds, or Chickpea with labne, curry aioli and roasted peppers.
For picnic parties of more than four, Trademark’s specialty catering menu offers twelve extravagant sandwiches like the Crispy Fried Eggplant with burrata and Tuscan kale, the Rare Roast Beef with duck fat and caramelized onions, or the Brie Wrap with smoked prosciutto and warm apricot jam. For a sweet finish, Trademark’s house-baked brownie pudding bars and signature cookies are the perfect accompaniment to a delicious house-blend cold brew.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, so be sure to check out the menu online and call (646) 858–2320 to order and schedule your pickup. Grab your fanciest blanket and head just a couple blocks from Trademark to Bryant Park or set up your picnic in your favorite slice of sunshine somewhere else.
