Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Debuts An Awe-Inspiring Installation For “Experience The Grandest of Feelings”
Some brands are just grand, so is true for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts this evening as VIPs and friends of Fairmont, alike, gathered at Grand Army Plaza earlier this month, just outside The Plaza, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, a world-famous landmark to celebrate the official launch of the new brand campaign “Experience The Grandest of Feelings.”
The evening included the reveal of an astonishing installation inspired by Fairmont’s long commitment to nature and its preservation, along with the very first reading of “That Fairmont Feeling” emotive poem by New York Times Best-Selling author, poet, and artist: Cleo Wade. Fairmont’s Global Brand Leader, Mansi Vagt, introduced Ms. Wade, Fairmont’s Poet-in-Residence, who told her story around the inspiration for her poem having spent time in August at the magnificent Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego. Ms. Wade then revealed the moving poem via an impressive video projection.
Following the poem’s presentation, an intimate In Conversations With hosted by Ms. Vagt and joined by Ms. Wade and special guest: Henry Golding, noted actor and international travel journalist, to reflect on the transformative impact of travel. Mr. Golding reflected on his time as a travel reporter for BBC News and all shared how the campaign truly sparks the dream to travel.
