Enjoy a delicious summer lunch at the Maidstone in East Hampton

Chefs, Executive chef, Ian Lichtenstein Lowell and Chef de Cuisine, John Sagadraca have teamed up creating a wonderful summer menu at the Maidstone Hotel in Easthampton.

The cuisine is Inspired by freshest bounty of the East End with seasonal dishes from the grill to sea. The well pedigreed young chefs are preparing for a season of innovation, chef pop up brunch in August to simple cuisine that puts a spin American Cuisine, added a champagne bar, and outdoor seafood tasting stations to the season for 2018.

Executive chef Lichtenstein Lowell is a real local to East Hampton and is passionate about sourcing the best produce locally from his vast network of Long Island fishermen and farmers.

“It season about innovation treating the customer to our new classics in seafood, grill, sauces, and the freshest bites on the east end,” says chef Ian Lichtenstein Lowell. We are looking at adding unexpected items at the table local favorites such as grilled fennel, scallops topped with Uni, homemade squid ink with fresh crab, to an amazing seafood boil with garlic infused toast.

Chef de Cuisine John Sagadraca has returned to The Hamptons after a few years traveling the world as a Creative Restaurant Consultant. On his journeys, through Europe, Australia, and Central America he helped several restaurants bloom. He has a genuine skill for talking passionately about food and inspire others to take their cooking to new levels. According to Chef John Sagadraca, “We are bringing together the best of Hampton’s classics seafood and grilling, catching the spirit of the season while infusing subtle techniques to our dishes”.
