EDEN Local Brings Delicious Locally-Sourced Food To NYC

Highlighting locally-sourced, organic products, Chef Laris has created a concept that is inspired by his way of life, extensive travels and passion for ingredient driven recipes. The restaurant aims to produce a globally-inspired culinary adventure, where guilt-free dining and indulgence can co-exist.
“I grew up on a farm where we have free range chickens, freshly grown vegetables and spices that fed the family, and it is a way of living that still follows me. Our chefs at EDEN Local, go to the local market in Manhattan, and use the fresh local produce to execute the menu I am so proud of. I am thrilled to be bringing this concept to New York as a modern eatery in the heart of the city” said Laris.
