Spiced Pear Whiskey Latte
1 oz. Bulleit Rye
.5 oz. Pear Liqueur
.5 oz. Oat Milk
.5 oz. Chai Tea Syrup (recipe below)
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into your favorite mug.
Garnish: Sprig of thyme and grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
Chai Tea Syrup
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
2 bags of Chai Tea
Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat and add chai tea bags to water. Let steep for 3–4 minutes, then remove tea bags. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Mulled Wine Manhattan
1 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz. Ruby Port Wine
.25 oz. Apricot Liqueur
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: Orange Peel
3/4 oz Santa Teresa 1796
3/4 oz El Dorado 12yr
3/4 oz Punt e Mes
1/2 oz Spicy Chocolate Averna*
Directions: Combine all ingredients into mixing glass and add ice. Stir for 12–15 seconds. Strain into chilled rocks glass with fresh cubes. Garnish with Belgian Chocolate Fan and Lemon Oils.

10 oz Averna
1/2 oz Spicy Thai Chili Tincture
(8 oz thinly sliced red and green Thai chilis, 8 oz overproof white room. Combine and let sit for 24–36 hours depending on desired spice level. Strain out solids and bottle)
Peppermint Bark Martini — Serves Four
3 oz Smirnoff Peppermint Twist
3 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla
3 oz. good quality white chocolate
5 tbs. granulated sugar
6 oz. heavy cream
6 oz. whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions: Roughly chop white chocolate and place in a large heat-proof bowl. Add sugar, heavy cream, and whole milk to a saucepan. Heat over medium low heat until the mixture is hot to touch — do not allow the mixture to boil. Pour the hot milk mixture over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Stir in the vanilla extract, Smirnoff Peppermint Twist and Vanilla Vodkas. To serve, add four ounces of the homemade liqueur to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a peppermint-rimmed martini glass.

4 oz. Smirnoff Seltzer Raspberry Rose
1 oz. Smirnoff №21
2 oz Raspberry juice
Raspberries for garnish
Directions: Pour in raspberry juice, Smirnoff №21 and top with Smirnoff Seltzer Raspberry Rose. Garnish with raspberries and sprig of mint or rosemary.
1 oz. E&J VSOP Brandy
1 1/4 oz. milk
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 egg yolk
Instructions: Pour the milk, brandy, egg yolk, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a stemmed coffee mug. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
2 oz. E&J Vanilla Brandy
1 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
Instructions: Combine the brandy and hazelnut liqueur into a double old fashioned rocks glass and stir lightly. Add ice and garnish with a bonbon.
1 Part Absolut Vodka
¾ Part Cranberry Juice
¾ Part Lime Juice
2 Parts Ginger Ale
Add all ingredients to glass filled with ice. Stir briefly. Garnish with 2 Fresh Cranberries and 1 Rosemary Sprig.
The Glenlivet New Fashioned
2 Parts The Glenlivet 14 YO
1 Large Ice Cube
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
¼ Part Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass. Stir together. Garnish with an orange twist and rosemary sprig.
½ Cup Absolut Vodka
1 Box Gelatin Mix
1 Cup Boiling Water
½ Cup Ice Water
Mix. Pour into desired mold. Chill 2–4 hours. Layer with other colors. Repeat if desired. Wait until tempered before removing mold. Serves 5–10.
elit Mistletoe Martini
1 ½ oz elit Vodka
½ oz cranberry juice
½ oz rosemary infused simple syrup
½ oz peppermint liqueur
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Garnish: Rosemary sprig.
Preparation Steps: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
Rosemary Syrup: In a sauce pan, add 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary to 1 quart of simple syrup. Bring to a boil. Chill and serve. Remove rosemary after 24 hours.
Stoli Baby New Year
1.5 parts Stoli Razberi
1 part sweet Riesling
0.5 parts fresh lemon juice
Preparation Steps: Combine all ingredients (except champagne) in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a fresh raspberry.

30 ml Patron XO Café
15 ml Averna
15 ml Fernet-branca
7.5 ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
30 ml Cream
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
Grey Goose Holiday Mule
50 ml Grey Goose
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
200 ml Ginger Beer
+ Freshly Grated Nutmeg
+ Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Build in a Mule Mug over ice. Top with freshly grated nutmeg Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
35 ml Grey Goose vodka
25 ml Espresso
15 ml Crème de Cacao
5ml Gomme Syrup
+ espresso beans to garnish
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake hard and strain into a well-chilled glass.
1.5 oz of Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
.75 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 bar spoon of Simple Syrup
2 oz of Dry French Champagne
Garnish: Orange Twirl
Combine Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass. Top with dry French champagne. Garnish with an orange twirl

The Sparkling Cosmopolitan
0.75 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz cranberry syrup
Champagne to finish
Add all ingredients except champagne to shaker. Add ice and shake. Finer strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with frozen cranberries.
Coupe of Gold
0.75 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
¼ tsp turmeric powder
5–7 mint leaves
Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into coupe glass. Garnish with mint leaf.
GIN & IT FIZZ
50 ml Bombay Sapphire
25 ml Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino
100 ml Premium Lemon tonic water
1 lemon wedge
1 orange wedge
1 star anise
Squeeze a lemon & orange wedge into a balloon glass then drop in. Add the Bombay Sapphire & MARTINI Rubino then swirl well to infuse. Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with Fever-Tree Tonic Water. Gently fold/stir to combine. Finally garnish with single star anise. Enjoy!

50ml (2 parts) Bombay Sapphire
15ml (½ part) Orgeat syrup (contains almond nuts)
90ml (3 ½ parts) Premium Cranberry juice (we recommend the ‘eager’ brand)
1 lemon wedge — well squeezed
1 extra lemon wedge — gently squeezed
Cinnamon infused sugar — To make: Thoroughly mix 1 part of cinnamon powder to 6 parts of caster sugar
4 oz dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
1 ½ ounces St-Germain liqueur
Top with club soda
1 lemon peel
Holiday Red Sangria
1 bottle of Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva
1 large orange, sliced
1 large apple, chopped
1 large pear, chopped
Seeds of 1 pomegranate
4 cinnamon sticks
- Add fruit to large pitcher
- Top with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva
- Place in fridge for an hour before serving
- Spoon fruit in glass before pouring wine
- Garnish with cinnamon stick
- Add ice to top (optional)
SVEDKA Cookies & Cream
2 oz Svedka Vodka
2 oz Chai
1 oz Cream of Coconut
1⁄2 oz Snickerdoodle Syrup
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a torched marshmallow.
SVEDKA Rosé Holiday
2 oz Svedka Rosé Vodka
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1⁄2 oz Rosemary Syrup
Ginger Beer to Fill
Add all ingredients except for ginger beer into a collins glass. Add ice and stir. Top with a charge of ginger beer to fill and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Hot Vodka Mocha
½ shot of fresh Espresso
3 tsp Hot Chocolate Powder
1 tsp Sugar or Honey
Method: Take a small pan, add in all ingredients and bring to a simmer on a medium heat. Stir gently to ensure everything is dissolved. Serve in a heatproof glass or cup.
25 ml DISARONNO
50 ml Whisky
Pour over large ice ball and stir. Garnish with an orange twist
2 parts Glenfiddich 12 Year
1/4 part pear brandy
1/4 part oloroso sherry
1/4 part Drambuie
Method: In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except the cherries. Stir over ice. Strain into a coupe. No garnish.
1.5 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask
1 part Aperol
1 dash Orange Bitters
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
Dressed & Dapper
1 part Hendrick’s Gin
1 part Aperol
1 part Yellow Chartreuse
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Stir and Strain. Serve in Coupette glass.
The Botanist Mistletoe
2oz Botanist Gin
1oz Fresh Lemon
.5oz Honey (1:1 honey to water ratio)
2 Rosemary sprigs
Add Honey, Rosemary and Raspberries to into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake. Fine strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with Rosemary.
BACARDÍ Old Cuban
1 ½ parts BACARDÍ Ocho Reserva
2/3 part simple syrup
½ part fresh lime juice
4 mint leaves
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 parts Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Method: In a cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients (except the prosecco) over ice. Next, strain the mix into a coupe glass and top up with prosecco. Garnish with mint leaves and serve!
Aperol Spritz — “The Perfect Serve” Recipe
- Ice cubes
- Chilled Prosecco
- Soda, served from syphon or chilled bottle
- Slice of orange
Instructions: In a glass full of ice, combine Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice.
The Draycott Grandma’s Cobbler, $17
1 Double Rocks glass
1.5 oz. Bardstown Bourbon
.5 oz. Aperol
.5 oz. Allspice Sherry
.25 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz. Rhubarb bitters
1 oz. Walnut bitters
Prep all materials and ingredients. In shaker quick muddle strawberry. In shaker add .25 oz. of lemon juice, .5 oz. of Aperol, .5 oz. of Sherry, 1.5 oz. of Bourbon, 1 drop Rhubarb bitters, and 1 drop Walnut bitters. Add ice to shaker, attach and secure other shaker, and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Dump contents of shaker in to double rocks glass. Garnish Drink with a cinnamon stick.
Meet Me Under the Mistletoe
3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry
6 mint sprigs (approximately 12–15 leaves)
½ ounce maple syrup
2/3 ounce E&J Gallo XO Brandy
Place mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with ice
Add maple syrup and brandy
Shake hard to break up the mint
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
Top with Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry
Garnish with candy cane
3 ounces Barefoot Sweet Red
1/2 ounce Raspberry Liqueur
1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
1/4 ounce Lime Juice
1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
Sugar Coated Raspberries Garnish
Gently roll raspberries in granulated sugar and place on a cocktail pick. Set aside.
Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Stir all ingredients in a rocks glass over cubed ice to dilute and combine. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and cocktail cherry.

Dry shake then wet shake all ingredients and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with star anise.
Merry Mischief Maker
2 oz Spiced Rum
½ oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
½ oz Cooper & Thief Red Blend Wine Syrup*
3–4 oz Hot Water
Garnish: Blood Orange Slice
METHOD: Combine all ingredients into a glass mug and stir. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
- For the Cooper & Thief Red Blend Wine Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of Cooper & Thief Red Blend and 1 cup of sugar. For added spice, add in broken cinnamon sticks, all spice, star anise, and cloves. Bring to a light simmer, and gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Strain out the solid and store the syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

1.5 oz. Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1.0 oz. Fraise de Bois
3 fresh raspberries
Add all the ingredients into a shaker and hard shake with ice. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flourish of dark chocolate (shaved or grated) and fresh raspberries.

Bonterra’s 2017 Merlot
As for what to enjoy during the festivities this month, Bonterra’s 2017 Merlot is a standout this season, both on its own and paired with a holiday roast. An intense ruby red in color, Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva 2015 shows aromas of red fruit well amalgamated with spicy and balsamic notes.
