The Berry Bubbly, $17, found at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar is the perfect rooftop cocktail for summer. With wild berry vodka, agave, and fresh raspberries and topped with Moet Ice, this semi-sweet cocktail will keep you wanting more.


1 oz Belvedere Wild Berry

.25 oz Agave

.25 oz Combier Framboise

.25 oz Lemon Juice

Topped with Moet Ice


Combine all ingredients into tin over ice (besides the Moet Ice) and shake well. Strain into a wine glass with fresh ice. Top with Moet Ice, and garnish with 3 raspberries on a skewer.

1.5 oz Calle 23 Blanco

.5 oz Grapefruit

.5 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde

Pomegranate Syrup

Pinch of Pink Sea Salt


Combine all ingredients to a tin over ice and shake. Coat the glass with a spiced rim (salt, sugar, pomegranate dust and cayenne) and strain into a highball with fresh ice. Sprinkle in a pinch of pink sea salt.

1 oz Belvedere Vodka

1 oz Lillet Blanc

1.25 oz Grapefruit Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup


Combine all ingredients over ice and shake well. Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with edible flowers and rock candy.

The Pompelmo Rosa, $18, from PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown is a cocktail inspired by Positano, Italy. The elevated take on the Aperol Spritz, is complimented with grapefruit and lemon juice and an orange wedge — super light and refreshing!


1.5 oz Grey Goose Vodka

1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice

.75 oz Aperol

.5 oz Lemon


Orange Wheel


Combine all ingredients, except bubbles, in shaker and shake with ice. Pour contents into a wine glass with fresh ice and top it off with Prosecco. Garnish with a orange wheel.

BACARDÍ Lime Frozen Daiquiri


  • 2 parts BACARDÍ Lime Flavored Rum
  • 1 part fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ parts Simple Syrup
  • Lime Zest
  • Lime Wheel

Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Red Rum Punch


· ¾ parts BACARDÍ Limon

· ¾ parts BACARDÍ Raspberry

· ¾ parts BACARDÍ Superior

· ½ parts Grenadine

· 2 parts Sweet & Sour

· 1 parts Cranberry Juice

· Garnish with Lemon Wedge or Mint

Method: Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl that is filled with ice blocks. Stir. Garnish the bowl with lemon wheels and raspberries.

The NEO Fleur


  • 1½ parts FACUNDO NEO
  • ¾ parts Hibiscus Syrup
  • ½ parts Cucumber juice
  • ¾ parts Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ parts Martini Bianco

Method: Add ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Serve in a chilled Champagne glass, and garnish with an elegant Cucumber twist.

SVEDKA Limited Edition Party Bottle



  • 1 ¾ parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • ½ part triple sec
  • ¾ part lemonade
  • 1 part cranberry juice
  • 1 part fresh lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a pitcher with plenty of room for ice. To begin, add 5–6 cups of ice and stir. Garnish with strawberries and blueberries. As the party grows, keep adding ice and fruit.



  • 2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • ½ part Orange Curaçao
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • 1-part fresh lime juice
  • Dash grenadine

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine ingredients in a pitcher and top with ice. Garnish with blackberries and mint.

Summer Solstice Punch

  • Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum — 1 Bottle
  • Fresh Lime Juice — 6 oz
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice — 6 oz
  • Falernum Syrup Liqueur — 12oz
  • Angostura Bitters — 12 dashes
  • Soda Water — 12 oz

Add Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Falernum Syrup Liqueur, Angostura Bitters to a punch bowl. Add large format ice cubes. Finish with Soda Water. Garnish with Grapefruit Wheels, Lime Wheels, Bitters, and Mint.

Chandon American Summer Brut Spritz

· 3 parts Chandon Limited-Edition American Summer Brut

· 2 parts quality Italian Aperitif

· 1 part Sparkling Water

Method: Add Italian Aperitif to wine glass with ice. Add splash of sparkling water and stir. Top with Chandon. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Instructions: To create this cocktail, first combine the coconut water and vodka in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Grab a handful of ice in a tumbler glass. You will layer the liquids based on heaviness with Blue Curacao at the bottom. After pouring Blue Curacao into the glass, take a spoon and flip it over. Be sure to slowly pour the mixture in the shaker over the back side of a spoon — do not pour it directly into the glass because it will mix with the blue layer. Take the Maca Berry Health-Ade Kombucha and slowly pour over the spoon until the layers are stacked.

Strawberry Mint Mojito


· 8oz Original Health-Ade Kombucha

· Fresh Mint

· Fresh Strawberries

· Fresh Blueberries

· Mint garnish

· Muddled mint and strawberries

· Optional: Make it a cocktail with 1oz of rum

Instructions: To create this cocktail, you will need to freeze fruit ice cubes at least 3–4 hours before serving. First rinse and chop fresh strawberries and blueberries to make the fruit cubes. Place a mixture of blueberries and strawberries in an empty ice tray and fill with water. Place in freezer. To make the mojito, muddle fresh strawberries and chopped mint in a cocktail shaker. Add optional rum and handful of ice cubes. Shake well. Pour into bottom of cocktail glass. Take fruit ice cubes out of the freezer and stack in the glass. Slowly pour Original Health-Ade Kombucha over cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Vanilla-Raspberry Kombucha Float


· 1 bottle Original Health-Ade Kombucha, chilled

· 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream

· 1 scoop raspberry sorbet

· ¼ cup fresh raspberries

· Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions: Place half of the raspberries into a large glass and lightly crush them with the back of a spoon. Layer in scoops of ice cream and sorbet, alternating vanilla-raspberry-vanilla. Top with remaining raspberries. Slowly pour the kombucha into the glass. Top with a sprig of mint and enjoy.

Pool Side Splash

2 oz. Pineapple juice

1 oz. Chilled coconut water

4 oz. Mezza di Mezzacorona

Pour pineapple juice and coconut water into a large wine glass with ice. Top with chilled mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with a festive paper straw, orange slide & enjoy!

Lemon Berry Blizz

1 Tbsp of frozen blueberries

1 oz. limoncello

5 oz. chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona

Fresh mind for garnish

In a large wine glass mix the frozen blueberries, limoncello and ice. Top with chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with fresh mind and a paper straw.

Citrus Fizz

1 oz. Aperol

3 oz. blood orange juice

Dash of orange bitters

Chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona

Combine Aperol, blood orange juice and orange bitters in a shaker with ice; strain into a coupe glass. Top with Mezza di Mezzacorona sparkline wine and garnish with a lemon twist.

Ginger Lime Spritzz

1 small piece of peeled ginger chopped

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

6 oz. chilled Mezza di Mezzacorona

Mint for garnish

Place chopped ginger in a highball glass, add lime juice, ginger liqueur and ice. Mix well. Top with Mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with fresh mint and a paper straw.

Tropical Mystery

What you Need:

2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz lime juice

3 oz Mystery Flavor Sparkling Ice

1 oz Tequila

Flavor Sparkling Ice

Pinch of nutmeg, for garnish

Lime twist, for garnish

How to Make it:

In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila and shake until cold. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and lime twist.

Sparkling Pina Colada

What you Need:

2 Bananas

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Coconut Rum

1/3 cup White Rum

1 Bottle Mystery Flavor Sparkling Ice

1 cup Almond Milk

How you Make it:

Place bananas, vanilla extract, and rums in a blender then blend for 30 seconds. Stop the blender and add Mystery Flavor Sparkling Ice, Almond Milk, and 3 cups of ice. Puree until smooth. Serve and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
