Burberry Launches Campaign with Gigi Hadid

Today in the fashion world, Burberry debuted a dedicated campaign starring Gigi Hadid for its first ever Thomas Burberry Monogram collection. The campaign sees Gigi transform into the girl, the boy, the lady and the gentleman — the four distinct characters at the heart of the fashion house.

The campaign is Gigi’s first for Burberry, following her debut appearance during the AW2019 runway show in February. The collection will be available for purchase on May 22nd.

On his appointment at Burberry, Riccardo Tisci discovered a selection of 20th-century Thomas Burberry logo motifs in the Burberry archive which inspired him to create a new house code. Working with British art director and graphic designer Peter Saville, the Monogram was created and launched in August 2018.

Riccardo has assembled a team of Britain’s finest creative talent to capture the spirit of the collection through the campaign. The team includes Peter, photographer Nick Knight, stylist Katy England, make-up artist Isamaya French and hair stylist Gary Gill.
