Belvedere Vodka and Candice Kumai Celebrate “The Art of Brunch”
On Saturday, May 18th, Belvedere Vodka and Candice Kumai hosted an elegant afternoon brunch in the beautiful and trendy Loft at Milk Studios located in the Meatpacking section of New York City in celebration of the brand’s newest initiative “The Art of Brunch.”
“The Art of Brunch” is uniquely curated with six signature dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients created by Candice Kumai; and paired with six elegantly refreshing Belvedere cocktails. Together, they expertly illustrated ways to create an engaging and memorable at-home brunch experience.
Upon arrival guests were greeted with The Belvedere Polska Mary cocktail and Candice’s Miso Avocado Toast. Alice Farquhar offered expert advice on making craft cocktails at home before Kumai demonstrated ways to make her Miso Avocado Toast and Toasted Almond Sticky Buns.
Following the culinary demonstration, guests were then seated and enjoyed a multi-course brunch featuring Kumai’s Sun-Dried Tomato Mushroom Frittata, Smoked Salmon Caper Rocket Salad, Sweet Potato Pancakes, Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Peach Cobbler.
Each dish was thoughtfully paired with hand-crafted Belvedere cocktails including: The Belvedere Rubin, The Belvedere Brunch Bliss, The Belvedere Spice of Life, The Belvedere Pomme Highball, The Belvedere Morning Twist, respectively.
