AC Hotel Pleasanton Arrives to the Tri-Valley

AC Hotel Pleasanton is officially open! Following a more than $20-million renovation and transformation, the highly-anticipated lifestyle hotel is designed for entrepreneurial-minded travelers and provides them an opportunity to slow down and uncover the beauty in the essential.

Officially converted from a Sheraton, the hotel is now open for both lifestyle and entrepreneurial travelers to enjoy.

“Pleasanton is one of the most vibrant destinations in the Tri-Valley, continually experiencing rapid growth and revival,” said Naveen Kakarla, President and CEO of Hersha Hospitality Management. “Built with a designer’s eye and purposeful spirit, AC Hotel Pleasanton provides guests with a destination where thoughtfully-crafted moments of urban sophistication and frictionless service elevate their stay and allow them to focus on what’s important to them.”

Created in collaboration with notable hospitality designer DLR Group Interiors, the property draws design inspiration from the destination’s surrounding nature of verdant trees and notable vineyards. AC Hotel Pleasanton takes shape with clean, crisp lines of classic contemporary design. The interiors feature unexpected and inviting furnishings, from romantic linear lighting to custom mill work.

Neutral, warm tones and wood mixed with elegant elements aim to energize guests and offer an inviting ambiance and unique sense of place. Curated by The Art Makery, the hotel offers moments of beauty with custom artwork installations by Christine Cassano and Scott Hile, which salute the destination’s character, scenery and history.

AC Hotel Pleasanton is designed with business travelers, vacation-goers, and the local community in mind, as well as those searching for a seamless, intuitive experience in the heart of the Tri-Valley. Situated 30 miles east of San Francisco, the hotel is conveniently located off of I-580 and within walking distance to the West Dublin BART Station, Workday, Inc. and the Stoneridge Shopping Center.

Just minutes away, visitors will find downtown Pleasanton, featuring a host of al fresco restaurants, nightlife options, and local boutiques. AC Hotel Pleasanton is also located within proximity to the neighboring wine country of Livermore, 24 miles of biking trails, Oracle Arena, golf courses, the San Francisco Premium Outlets and the energetic Bay Area.
